We are delighted to share the exciting news that Lydiate Primary School is set to receive a brand-new building, marking a significant milestone for our entire community.

Following many months of careful preparation, planning permission was successfully concluded in June 2026, and we are now ready to move forward!

This inspiring new development will deliver a sustainable and attractive environment, designed with state-of-the-art facilities to enrich learning and wellbeing.

Plans include a dedicated dance studio, a new forest school area, spaces for outdoor learning, advanced technology and beautiful landscaping that will enhance the school grounds.

In addition, a thoughtfully designed drop-off entrance will help to reduce morning congestion, improving safety and convenience for families.
