As part of our Stone Age topic, the Year 3 and 4 corridor have been making fossils.  We broke the process down into stages and discussed each one as we flattened our clay, made our impression, remove the item to leave a mould and then replaced it with plaster of Paris. 

I think you'll agree the results were amazing and the level of interest, questioning and learning that went on impressed Mrs Forshaw who popped in to see our exciting activity.
